ABSTRACT:

The role of soft tissue in natural teeth and dental implants is crucial for aesthetics, health, and quality of life. Several techniques have been described that have proven successful in achieving root coverage, However, papilla reconstruction remains a challenge for clinicians, impacting their ability to achieve high aesthetic standards. This course will illustrate the fundamentals, benefits, and surgical tips for a predictable coronally advanced flap (CAF) , CTG Wall Technique, Platform Tehnique and the novel Modified Vista Technique  to resolve cases with papillae compromised. When dealing with soft tissue defects at implant sites, the modification of these techniques and the integration of prosthetic concepts with soft tissue grafts will be explained in detail.  Participants will learn the most effective and innovative surgical techniques supported by the scientific literature and will perform these procedures in the practical sessions.
